Mindful Monday: Walk the Talk

This week, take the Five-Day Walk the Talk Challenge. Grab a friend, a co-worker, or someone that you would like to get to know better and go for a walk together. Perhaps someone that is new to the group or someone who is feeling blue could use a lift of their spirits and you’re just the one to make that happen. Make the walk fun – no shop talk – just share some entertaining stories that are light with laughter. Walk for at least 10 minutes. Together, you will recharge your enthusiasm and wake up your sense of being in the moment with a friend.
