Mindful Monday: Abundance

Far too often we focus on what is missing rather than what is present and available to us. When we experience loss or worry about the ‘lack’ of something, we leave very little mind space to find a solution or create abundance. Instead, we create more of what our thoughts are concentrated on.

This week, begin your day with tuning in to what is plentiful and available to you. Throughout the day take moments to mindfully appreciate the abundance present in your life. It is all around you, and bringing your awareness to the abundance in nature, in your relationships, your physical ability as well as your spiritual connection, you will effortlessly generate more of the same. That is ADUNDANCE in ACTION. Once you are on the abundance wavelength, share it. What you feel you may be lacking, give that something to someone else. Perhaps you would like more recognition – recognize someone else and give that person a heartfelt compliment. Lack of time – lend a helping hand to someone in need. It can be as simple as holding a door open, or donating a few dollars to a good cause. And lastly, remind yourself to focus on abundance. Old thinking habits are strong and crafty, so be aware of what you are thinking and mind your thoughts.
