Unplug to reconnect with your five senses; see, hear, smell, touch, taste. Take five minutes each day for the next five days to turn off your electronics and turn on your senses. Listen to music, enjoy the fragrance of a garden, or focus on the taste of your favorite food without the distractions of email or your phone. By plugging into just one sense at a time you give your brain a mini mind-nap; allowing you to recharge and reboot your sense of calm and improve your mindful focus.
