Mindful Monday: Attitude of Gratitude

As human beings we often have the tendency to focus on what is missing, what we may not have, or what we have lost. We know that what we pay attention to is what we will create more of, so today, take few moments to focus on what you DO have in your life. And if someone is rubbing you the wrong way, try to see them as what they need, not what they are taking, and then, with an attitude of gratitude, offer them a kind word, a smile, or a thank you. You’ll be amazed at how you feel and what comes back to you.
