Today, on this Memorial Day, take a few moments and bring to life the enriching memories of the people in your life that you hold in your heart. Close your eyes, take three deep breathes, and enjoy the feeling of connecting with them; even if they are not near you now. Just by spending a few minutes, you will change your focus to a sense of gratitude and appreciation, and that will enhance your mood and influence the course of your day. In memory we hold many thoughts, today, be mindful of which thoughts make you smile and hold on to those for the rest of your day.
