Today, say I love you through kindness, compassion, and patience. You may not know the person standing behind you in the coffee line but sending him thoughts of kindness will reach him. And you may not be in the position to take someone’s disappointment or sadness away, but the compassion you feel while listening will quietly soothe their pain. And patience first with yourself will overflow from you to others. Kindness, compassion, and patience is the best gift you can share with others and with yourself.
