Mindful Monday: Take Five

happyToday, focus on what you want to create, not what you may be worried about or fear. Take three minutes to quiet your thoughts and breathe. Begin with five deep inhales and exhales. Silently state your focus using these affirming sentences: ‘Today, I choose to focus on…..’ I choose to create space for ….. to come into my day.’ Repeat your positive affirmation five times. Finish with five deep inhales and exhales, and then let it go and let your conscious mind do the rest. This simple act will help you throughout the day to move your thoughts and energy in the direction of what you desire. Enjoy your day.
