1. This is great Yvonne! I’m going to move my mind and body more and eat better (and maybe more now that I know moving is going to help balance it out). And I’m going to be hopefully optimistic about it all, especially finding lots of daily hugs! Seriously, this is a great video. Have watched it twice now and plan to keep watching and learning. Please post more.
