Need a break?

Too busy? Tired of feeling like what you’re doing isn’t enough? Or that you’re racing to catch up with yourself?

What if you just took a break and did nothing? And when you hear that phase - do nothing - do you notice where you feel that in your body? “Me, take a break?” you might be asking yourself… Is there any judgment there?🧐

Breaks are the key to not getting stuck in whatever is keeping you from who you are meant to be. When we are so busy and the things we once looked forward to are now a drain on our energy and time, or we disconnect from our purpose, it’s a good time to take a break.
… and that’s what I did recently.

See my post for the 7 types of breaks I gave myself and try any of them for yourself. Make it fun and never doubt, for one second, that you don’t have the time to make the time for nothing.
